QUALITY POLICY
The Management team of SAECLIMBER S.L. has developed this Quality Policy with the purpose of creating guidelines that mark the path that the company wants to follow within its scope: The design, manufacture and sale of mast climbing work platforms, material hoists, personnel & material hoists, transport platforms. It is a priority for us to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and relevant stakeholders and to offer a quality product according to their needs. For this, a Quality Management System has been implemented based on the UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, which contemplates compliance with the established legal requirements, as well as a Total Quality assurance according to directive 2006/42/CE and standards EN 1495: 1997 + A2: 2009, EN 12158-1: 2000 + A1: 2010, EN 12159: 2012 and EN 16719: 2018
The Quality Management System implemented is based on and encourages the systematic application of continuous improvement on all the activities carried out, understanding this as the need to thoroughly plan the activities to be developed, carry them out according to what has been decided, verify the results by comparing them with what was planned and correct when necessary, starting the cycle of continuous improvement again. The company is committed to carrying out this cycle of continuous improvement.
To achieve this purpose, the Quality Policy is based on the following principles:
- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Providing products that adapt to their needs, offering a wide range of lifting solutions that includes the best system to solve their access needs, providing an agile manufacturing, commissioning and after-sales service, so that our clients find satisfaction in both the product sold and the service given by SAECLIMBER SL.
- TRAINING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Be up-to-date in terms of applicable legislation and standards, adapting our processes and products to these needs and establishing internal training activities in the company to define the form of action in the face of changes in production processes, either through adaptations of our products to said regulations or due to the introduction of new technologies in the company. Our purpose is to produce equipment that meet all the safety requirements based on the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and processes.
- EXPERIENCE: The experience and learning of all professionals, with their competence and motivation, is the guarantee for the achievement of the above principles.
- PARTICIPATION: Involve, motivate and commit the person in order to seek their participation in the management, development and application of the implemented Quality Management System, to achieve the quality levels required by the client.
In order to achieve compliance with these Quality Policy principles, the Management communicates this policy to its employees and promotes the firm belief of all employees in the goodness of the Quality Management System as the best means of correctly developing activities and always maintaining a high level of staff participation in activities related to Quality and the search for improvements.
To develop these basic principles, the Management formulates each year specific Quality Objectives for certain areas and / or activities, which will always be measurable and consistent with this Quality Policy and with the principles that are formulated in it, monitoring them by verifying its fulfillment.
